- Development and review of all Time Away and Life Solutions related employee communications and benefit highlight sheets
- With the evolving need for leave industry there is constant need for strategy development and cost modeling to ensure that clients remain compliant and competitive in the marketplace.
- The candidate should have technical skills with regards to PTO, disability, life insurance, FMLA and municipal/state regulated leaves, ADA Stay and Return to Work program and administration designs.
- Bachelors degree or 9-12 years of consulting or relevant Corporate Benefits experience or 9-12 years of FMLA and leave administration experience
