- Manage the ticketing and credential vendors relationship for the PGA of America as it relates to programming from inception to execution of premium and concession, including scoping necessary development work to optimize Association initiatives.
- Oversee the reporting of up-to-date ticket sales revenue for all championships; including gathering feedback from Championship Directors and stakeholders to assist in the construction of custom dashboards, and finance team members with reconciliation needs.
- Support the Director of Championship Ticketing in the strategic development and execution of unique ticket sales methods for variable use cases; ie “lottery” or random selection, flash sales, group sales, and pre-registration; identifying gaps and building project scopes for internal and external team members.
- Assist with preparing, monitoring and administering an annual ticket sales and operations budget, while following all financial policies established by the PGA of America (i.e., purchase requisition, purchase orders, check requests, bid proposals, etc
