About this role: The Ticket Operations Specialist will assist with the build out of our ticketing platform, serve as the liaison between the Ticketing and Hospitality departments and oversee group sales efforts.
- This role will also oversee on-site hospitality hardware and activations at various USGA championships, and support other special projects as necessary.
- What you'll do: Support setup, offer builds and reporting on ticket platformsOversee group ticket sales efforts, including inbound submissions and a targeted outbound effort around our smaller ChampionshipsAct as a liaison between the ticketing and hospitality departments to provide a best in class experience for partners and clients on all ticket related issuesManage onsite technology (hardware, wristbands etc.)
