- The Licensed Mental Health Therapist provides counseling to eligible children, adolescents and adults with severe mental illness as identified by the State assessment tool using the state's approved curriculum for Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT).
- This position provides direct psychotherapy treatment, performs client psychosocial assessments, develops treatment plans, guides the treatment process, develops exit plans, provides psychological and emotional support to patients, adheres to client confidentiality standards, and provides training in trauma informed therapy.
- Valid and current Texas Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or Licensed Clinical Social Work (LCSW) license.
- An LPC-Associate may be hired for the position of clinician; Provide CBT counseling to children, adolescents and adults utilizing the state's rules and processes.
- Excellent computer skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Electronic Health Records (EHR).
