- The Contractor shall provide to the Government telecommunication mechanic support for the Technical Service Desk, which includes coordinating support on new system installations throughout all the regions that the MegaCenters service.
- Support shall also include, MegaCenter alarm panel programming, diagnostics and continuously ensuring all alarm panels are communicating with the MegaCenter receiver(s) using the correct reporting formats.
- Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose and report deficiencies with alarm systems.
- Provide instruction on proper operation of alarm and access control systems to end users as required.
- Coordinate work efforts assigned; to include the data entry, data analyst, onsite technicians, system administrators, network engineers, telecommunications specialists, and telecommunication mechanics requirements.
