- This position is directly responsible for all technical product support, technical service support, project engineering, systems and applications support, quality assurance, quality control, reporting, metric development, material master management, continuous improvement and HSE.
- Responsible for sites product support, quality management system, continuous improvement culture, and HSE
- Monitor manufacturing and production processes in unison with Operations Manager to ensure conformity of final product
- Supervise quality control activities, including auditing various 3rd party personnel for qualifications, quality control inspection schedules and milestones, reviewing 3rd party inspection reports, and the collection and filing of Data Books
- Perform event investigations, HSE audits and hazard hunts to ensure root causes and key hazards are clearly identified and communicated, with effective controls implemented and actions managed
