- The Payroll Administrator is responsible for accurately processing payroll information into the payroll system and processing an accurate weekly payroll in accordance with the Department of Labor standards and guidelines and other state or federal regulatory bodies.
- As the owner of the payroll database, the Payroll Administrator will utilize existing reports and create ad-hoc reports as necessary to perform the necessary audits and reconciliations associated with all aspects of payroll processing and reporting.
- In addition, the Payroll Administrator is considered a subject matter expert in the Department of Labor standards as related to payroll processing and administration of PTO benefits for exempt and non-exempt employees.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of regular, piece-rate, day-work, flat-rate, and supplemental payrolls (periodic bonuses), including time and attendance data and reconciling variances, resolving errors.
- Scans production tickets daily, in addition to developing weekly piece work reports.
