- Assembles, disassembles, and tests both new OEM and Aftermarket units.
- Additionally, assists in configuration control, assures compliance with new OEM assembly instructions, overhaul manuals, military technical orders, and blueprints and/or process requirements with minimum supervision.
- Prepares for assembly or disassembly of OEM and Aftermarket units, or complex subassemblies by unwrapping and inspecting components for cleanliness and/or damage.
- Performs Moderately complex assembly/test functions utilizing mechanical skills, hand and power tools, mechanical/electronic tools, test equipment, assembly fixtures and inspection measurement equipment in a manufacturing environment.
- Assembles, tests, disassembles, cleans, repairs and overhauls production and Aftermarket components, complex subassemblies of units in conformance with established process sheets, specifications, or blueprints in the absence of process sheets.
