- Job Description BAE Systems is looking for a System Administrator to join our team supporting the GEODSS mission on Haleakalā Summit in Maui, HI. The team at Haleakalā Summit provides 24/7/365 operations and maintenance support for the Ground-Based Electro-Optical Deep Space Surveillance System (GEODSS) for the 20th Space Control Squadron.
- Performs site system administration and required Level 1 software support for mission system data processing structure, site optical and other propagated signal monitoring sensors, mission communications venues, data processing and sensor temperature/climate control systems, and all sites sensor and dome drive apparatus.
- Fluent with UNIX/Red Hat and familiarity with VMware, Juniper, Cisco and Windows operating systems desired.
