- Provide Tier-I phone support and backup other team members for voice and other telecom issues as well as provide Tier-II network support for support team.
- Experience supporting storage, backup and related solutions including HPE, Pure, Veeam and others Experience with VDI solutions such as VMware Horizon, Citrix, Azure Windows Virtual Desktop.
- Experience with Microsoft ecosystem (Active Directory, Exchange, Exchange Online, Group Policy, DNS, DFS, DHCP, Exchange, SQL, PKI (Certificate Services), SharePoint, SCCM, Azure, Skype for Business, Teams, ADFS, M365 and other cloud technologies.
- Supporting telephony technologies including PRI, SIP, VOIP, PSTN, POTS, LTE. Experience with Skype for Business.
- Experience with security technologies such as firewalls, email and web content gateways, anti-spam/anti-phishing, anti-virus/EDR, patch management, VPN's, DLP, CASB, MFA, and other security solutions and technologies.
