- This role will focus on optimization of end-to-end experiences and be the evangelist of the continued transformation to a consumer insight, and data driven organization.
- This role will oversee the Voice of the Consumer, Consumer Journey, Design Thinking, Consumer Insights, and Consumer Analytics and will report to the Chief Consumer Officer of Under Armour.
- Lead the integration efforts of consume learnings, insights, and research to drive a holistic approach that informs the consumer journey, through connection and world-class experiences across the globe
- Acts as a principle facilitator to provide strategic leadership and guidance to the organization with key stakeholders by integrating consumer experience technology, services, programs and structure to deliver brand love.
