Responsibilities:
The General Surgery, Trauma and Colorectal Coordinator is a Registered Nurse that is responsible for coordinating and implementing services and activities related to the designated surgical services lines. Responsible for ensuring that patient receives best possible clinical and service experience from the time of surgery scheduling throughout the perioperative experience by overseeing patient OR staff and resident education. Will maintain the quality standards for responsive service including data management of key quality indicators. He/She functions as a liason between the physicians nursing staff OR leadership allied health professionals patients and families. Qualifications:
Minimum:<ul><li>Three years of OR Nursing experience including recent knowledge of Robotic Surgical Care in GYN ,General Urology and Thoracic patients</li><li>Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is the minimum requirement</li><li>RN:AZ</li><li>Communication skills and ability to collaborate with all stakeholders</li><li>Knowledge of Robotic patient care standards </li></ul>Preferred: <ul><li>Trauma experience</li></ul>
