- You will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our customers using Moodle LMS, Moodle Workplace, and Totara platforms.
- This is a fully remote role offering a competitive salary of up to £35,000, a pension scheme, and the opportunity to work from the comfort of your home.
- Responsibilities: Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Moodle LMS, Moodle Workplace, and Totara platforms.
- Provide clear and concise technical support to customers via phone, email, and online ticketing systems.
- Minimum 2 years experience with Moodle LMS, Moodle Workplace, or Totara platforms (experience with all three is a plus).
