- The Supply Chain Specialist acts as support staff for operations and must possess a comprehensive understanding of the CNA Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system to produce and analyze reports as needed.
- 1-4 years of demonstrated experience in a high transactional volume customer focused role with emphasis on order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Organize shipping paperwork for inbound and outbound orders
- Support transportation Emergency Response (offsite), through appropriate coordination with internal and external resources;
