- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, purchasing management or a related field of study and/or 10+ years in supply chain management including production planning, production scheduling, procurement, supplier performance/risk management and contract negotiations.
- Currently hold (or willing to acquire) an APICS Supply Chain Certification, or Certified Purchasing Professional (CPP) certification, or a Certified Professional Purchasing Manager (CPPM) certification within 2 years of accepting position.
- The Supply Chain Manager will be located on-site and will be responsible for the execution of material planning, procurement, and supply base performance.
- The Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for the performance of the site production planners, production schedulers, and buyers, while also serving as a leader on the enterprise supply chain team.
- The Supply Chain Manager will ensure compliance to the FAR/DFAR procuring procedures and will work continuously to improve the material planning, procurement, and supplier performance management processes, minimizing material constraints and material price escalations.
