- Through community engagement and mobilization, including the facilitation of our Prevention Leadership Group, our Prevention Coordinator acts as a leader in our community and collaborates across our RPHN team and networks to strengthen the systems and infrastructure in Strafford County that support our work in prevention and related topics.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in public health, social work, or related field; or three-five years’ experience in public health, community health education, or community organization; Certified Prevention Specialist (CPS) certification preferred, or will be pursued within one year of hire

- Progress on the strategic plan is demonstrated & documented in reporting required or requested by DHHS, GSCH or SCPHN leadership
- Coordinate activities within various work plans such as those requested by DHHS, SCPHN’s current CHIP, others related to other funded
