This position will report to the controller, who is a VA CPA and has a history of training and developing talented accountants. This is a full-time position with excellent benefits, PTO, and work life balance. Hybrid work schedule! Duties include: <ul><li> General ledger and balance sheet account reconciliations and entries in a wide variety of areas such revenue, fixed assets/depreciation, etc.</li><li>Budget variance to actual research and reporting. </li><li>Prepare and record general ledger entries</li><li>Assist in compliance with all regulatory filing and reporting requirements </li><li>Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding accounting related activities</li><li>Assist with the optimization of accounting procedures</li><li>Other accounting responsibilities, as needed</li><li>Payroll reconciliations and benefits accounting. </li></ul>Job Requirements <ul><li>B.S.
