This is a permanent, full-time position that offers a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in our financial operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, performing account reconciliations, and assisting with budget preparation, among other tasks. This role requires a strong understanding of GAAP and experience with both Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR). Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual account reconciliations to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance. Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts. Analyze financial reports to identify and understand variances. Manage both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions, ensuring timely and accurate processing. Collaborate with the finance team to improve financial processes and systems. Adhere to internal controls, company policies, and procedures. Participate in financial audits and assist in the preparation of audit schedules. Assist with ad-hoc projects as needed.Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or a related field. Strong understanding and application of GAAP. Proven experience with financial records maintenance, account reconciliation, budget preparation, and AP/AR management. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly strong capabilities in MS Excel. Experience with accounting software and ERP systems. Excellent analytical skills and experience creating reports and presentations. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) designation is a plus.
