- The position's responsibilities include financial reporting, recording transactions and accruals, balance sheet accounts reconciliation, fixed assets, and investments.
- Prepares daily cash receipt entries for incoming checks, ACH, and wires; processes credit card payments; and maintains records of accounts receivable and bank deposits
- Reviews and posts daily batches of transactions recorded in the Association Management System (netFORUM); ensures transactions are recorded and accounted for in the appropriate accounting period; interfaces the entries to the financial system (Deltek CostPoint)
- Generates monthly customer e-Statements via the Association Management System (netFORUM)
