- This includes, but is not limited to: Distribution Operations, Projects and Construction (PAC), Engineering, Planning, Power Markets, Substation Maintenance, Relay, Major Accounts, Overhead/Underground Lines, Power Portfolios, and a number of external agencies such as, external Transmission Owners/Operators, NYISO, Long Island Railroad, local Generator Owners, local Merchant Transmission Interconnecting Facilites, Municipalities, and all others impacted by the work being performed.
- This position is responsible for the following activities: evaluate each work activity request against the reliability and risk to the LIPA transmission/distribution system, job sequencing and scheduling of work, and the evaluation and consolidation of required documentation in accordance with established Operating Instructions (OI).
- Control Center related work experience in T&D and Power system related fields (i.e. Substation Maintenance, Substation Operations, Engineering, Planning, Protection, OH/UG, Distribution, Power Plant)
