- Sr Manager, Vendor Contracts Location: White Plains, US SummarySenior Manager, Vendor Contracts is responsible for initiating, developing, and managing a portfolio of contracts with the Authority’s vendors to support the Operations business unit: Develop purchase requisitions, Supports Procurement Contracts and Bid Administration efforts from an End User perspective.
- Manage Supplier Contract portfolio - ensuring funds are available for anticipated work, continuity of service (working with SSM to extend contracts and/or add dollars based on Trustee limits, as well as transfer ongoing work to new contracts), gathers supporting documentation to assist with issuing contract change orders to modify T&Cs as needed.
- Communicate and engage with Suppliers on department procedural changes, coordinating specific project trainings and assisting with contract questions or concerns in conjunction with SSM and Legal.
