- Job Description And ResponsibilitiesThe Sr. Manager, Global Sales Compensation Business Systems Lead role is a unique opportunity that calls for a skilled, hands-on, analytical leader who will lead all activities related to incentive system: vendor management, system development, operations, reporting, and support.
- This role is part entrepreneur, part product manager, and part operational expert.
- This is a mid-level position, and as such, the candidate must possess strong knowledge of sales compensation.
- This role reports to the Director, Global Sales Compensation and will be an individual contributor, as well as, lead system analysts with future growth potential in line with delivered value.
- Basic Knowledge in ETL, Data Pipelines using Python, Shell Scripts, Building & Populating Data Warehouses, and Querying with BI tools.
