Job Description Duties & Responsibilities: <ul><li>Develops and deploys computer-based training (CBT) and interactive e-learning courses and training modules</li><li>Collaborates with subject matter experts on appropriate online teaching mechanisms</li><li>Guides training staff and shares expertise in the development and use of e-learning methodologies for course design</li><li>Develops project documentation, including CBT and e-learning development standards, templates and storyboards.</li><li>KSAs: A seasoned experienced professional with a full understanding of area of specialization resolving a wide range of issues in creative ways.</li><li>Fully qualified, career-oriented, journey-level position.</li><li>Broad application of principles, theories and concepts in applicable discipline, plus working knowledge of other related fields.</li><li>Provides resolution to a diverse scope and range of complex problems where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors.</li><li>Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.</li><li>Normally receives little instruction on day-to-day work, general instructions on new assignments.</li><li>Determines and develops approach to solutions.</li><li>Work is evaluated upon completion to ensure objectives have been met. Contributes to the development of organization’s goals and objectives.</li><li>Failure to obtain results or erroneous judgments or recommendations would normally have serious results and may require substantial expenditure of resources to correct and/or achieve project goals.</li><li>Frequent intra-organizational and with outside customer contacts.</li><li>Represents the organization on projects and may perform in project leadership role and/or may supervise the activities of lower level personnel (exempt professional and non-exempt).</li><li>Networks with senior internal and external personnel in own area of expertise. </li></ul>Qualifications <ul><li>University Degree /Diploma and 4-6 years.</li><li>May have Master’s / Graduate Degree and 2-4 years.</li><li>Doctorate’s /Post-Graduate Degree and 0-2 years. </li></ul>#DBCORP #REMOTE Position Location: North Carolina Compensation Range $61,300.00 - $114,300.00 Compensation Frequency Annual Base pay offered may vary depending on actual location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
