- The areas of training are to include: communication/language development, sensory and oral motor, positioning, and assistive technology devices/services.
- They work under the general supervision of a Program Supervisor or Program Director, uses professional initiative, independent judgment, and travels within the assigned catchment area.
- SLP provides supervision and oversight for Speech Language Pathology Assistants, students, and/or interns.
