- The Space Inventory Manager role is a highly strategic and analytical role that is responsible for simplifying the complex, seeing the big picture, and getting results related specifically to data associated with The Walt Disney World(WDW) and Florida site Building & Property Management (B&PM) portfolio (roughly 4.8 million SF).
- The Space Inventory Manager is a creative and effective leader, attentive to detail and accuracy – particularly numbers and spatial analytics, who can easily tell a relevant story through data.
- Lead all work related to accurately gathering and maintaining critical facility analytics – including, but not limited to floor plans, asset metadata, wayfinding, space allocations, seat utilization, organizational hierarchy, etc.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including FAM, Corporate Real Estate, Corporate Tax, WDW IFP Planning, Migration Planning, and Executive leadership to help with space optimization initiatives.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD, Archibus or other CAFM database applications.
