- As a Marketo Solution Account Manager (SAM) at Adobe, you will provide focus on Adobe’s Marketo Engage and Marketo Measure solutions by managing a portfolio of customers in the Enterprise space.
- Leave your footprint in the Digital Transformation space that is growing by leaps and bounds by joining an outstanding Account Management team.
- Actively manage the success of a portfolio of assigned Marketo/Bizible customers in the SMB space.
- Look for cross-sell opportunities to sell Marketo customers tools from other Adobe DX pillars (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Adobe Workfront, etc.)
- Engage Customers in regular cadence calls to keep a pulse on their business, business reviews to ensure adoption and maturity, through newsletters, Spark pages and events, and during customer concerns to drive rapid resolution.
