- Career Center Log In Search Jobs Help Social Services Director Countryside Health Center Operations, LLC Topeka, KS Key Job Duties and Responsibilities The primary purpose of the Social Services Director is to plan, organize, develop, and direct the overall operation of the Social Services Department in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations, our established policies and procedures, and as may be directed by the Administrator.
- Report witnessed or reported allegations of resident abuse/neglect immediately to the Administrator/DON or Nurse Manager on Call. Treat residents, family members, visitors, and team members with respect and dignity.
- Assist the Social Service Director in the planning, developing, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and directing of the social service programs of this facility.
- Meet with administration, medical and nursing staff, and other related departments in planning social services, as directed.
- Develop, implement, and maintain an ongoing quality assurance program for the social services department.
