- Responds to technical support inquiries via a ticketing system, in-person, via telephone, or email.
- Note: This is a part-time, temporary internship position (20 hours per week).
- Filter Help Desk calls and provide basic support and troubleshooting of a variety of issues (e.g., password resets, printer configurations, break/fix instructions, ticket routing, ticket escalation).
- Troubleshoot and resolve desktop, software, peripheral, and clinical application issues.
