- The purpose of the Service Technician is to provide the best customer experience by performing service, (preventive maintenance, safety checks, corrective actions, upgrades and refurbishment) on equipment, at company shop locations in line with Manager's instructions.
- The Service Technician is responsible for contributing to productive customer relationships as well as following Best Practice in all administrative and technical activities.
- Maintain documentation to ensure accurate invoicing to the customer, in real time
- Provide feedback to District Service Manager to support continuous quality improvement
- Coach/tutor junior colleagues and trainees as necessary
