- The Service Field Engineer (SFE) consults with Ford AV clients to help maintain, diagnose, and repair their A/V systems.
- The SFE works with Ford’s Customer Care Dispatch team and is responsible for providing quality customer service to diverse clientele, utilizing hand tools and diagnostic equipment, attending to service calls and work orders in a timely manner, and repairing A/V systems and equipment.
- The SFE can expect to visit an average of two to three client sites per day.
