- A Service Engineer (SE) will work alongside qualified technicians in installing, commissioning, scheduling, and servicing products serviced by Fairbanks Morse Defense; as well as respond to customer complaints, evaluate and resolve problems of customers, and analyze, inspect and review findings to determine solutions to problems.
- Keep up to date on administrative responsibilities such as maintaining internal service records and manuals, maintaining customer service logs, providing accurate and timely reporting (expense reports, project closure, timekeeping, etc.)
- Adhere to all Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) and applicable regulatory requirements (including but not limited to operating in a safe manner in accordance with published safety guidelines, wearing appropriate PPE, reporting all work-related accidents or injuries within 1 hour to the appropriate personnel, etc.)
