- A leading provider of IT Services in the Grand Rapids, MI area is seeking a full-time, permanent Service Desk Specialist to join their growing team.
- In this role, you'll be providing technical end-user support to a variety of client environments assisting with user administration, Office 365 Application support, software & hardware support, remote connectivity, server support & network support.
- Experience with Office 365 Administration Portal, Active Directory administration, and using Ticketing Systems or Remote Monitoring Management (RMM) tools like ConnectWise or similar.
- Familiarity with Firewalls, VLANs and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
- Comfortable providing end-user support via phone, RMM tools, etc.
