- The MNIT DHS team supports complex and varied technical needs, including systems that provide health care coverage, deliver child protection and welfare services, and provide support for Minnesotans with special needs including mental illness, chemical dependencies, and physical or developmental disabilities.
- As a Service Desk Analyst for MNIT DHS, you will provide application support to our partners at the Minnesota Department of Human Services (DHS) and MNsure.
- Two (2) years of firsthand end-user experience with one (1) or more of the following Minnesota Department of Human Services business applications: MAXIS, SMI (Shared Master Index), MMIS (Medicaid Medical Information System), SSIS (Social Security Information System), MnCHOICES, Minnesota Information Transfer System (MN-ITS), and/or METS (Minnesota Eligibility Technical System).
- Experience with ticket tracking systems such as Remedy on Demand, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar tools.
- Experience with two (2) or more of the business applications used by the Minnesota Department of Human Services (METS, MnCHOICES, SSIS, SMI, MMIS, and/or MN-ITS).
