- This role manages its own workflow, so a successful Service Technician is self-motivated, able to work independently, and takes initiative by moving equipment between workstation and racks, documenting service, and following up with customers.
- Provide professional, courteous technical phone support for customers nationwide.
- Utilize hand tools and diagnostic equipment, including an oscilloscope, flow analyzer, electrical safety tester, and/or gauges.
- Help Service Coordinator track and expedite depot repairs.
- Adhere to quality assurance standards and practices while following good manufacturing practices (GMP).
