- Ensure that all work done under extended warranty/service contracts are approved and correctly billon the on the repair order
- Maintain effective communication with service customers for RV pick-ups and drop-offs.
- Coordinate with Dispatch and Parts Dept. for completion of Repair Orders by the agreed "Promise Date", and pro-actively reschedule with customers when Promise Date cannot be met.
- Communicate effectively with Service manager and Dispatch to ensure priority is given to the appropriate repair order, and that all team members are informed.
- Recommend additional services including preventative maintenance, and various accessories or equipment that will enhance your customer's RV ownership experience.
