- As a Senior Technical Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in serving as the bridge between our customers, CSMs, and our product & engineering teams, ensuring smooth integrations, technical support, and expert consultation to optimize the value of the Gong Platform and Products.
- Act as the product subject matter expert, providing in-depth knowledge and guidance to customers on the technical aspects of all our current products (Engage, Forecast, AI); partner with Professional Services or Customer Success upon request to provide guidance on customer engagements in order to drive healthy adoption
- 4-7 years of experience in a technical account management or similar role, preferably in a technology-driven/SAAS industry.
- Top tier project management skills; ability to take ownership, driving progress forward & escalating blockers as needed
