- This is a remote-friendly role where you will be focused on assisting the end-to-end process for compensation and sales quota setting related to the global CE (Clinical Effectiveness) and CSCD (Customer Surveillance Clinical Decision) businesses within Wolter Kluwer's Health Division.
- You will also work across the business and interact heavily with Sales management and their direct reports to ensure goals and compensation metrics for the sales organization are measured and reported accurately.
- Support the North American and International Sales Compensation and Planning Team
- Subject Matter Expert for the CE and CSCD Sales compensation, quota, and sales setting process
- Analyze sales, revenue, and expense trends to facilitate improved forecasting and modeling.
