- As an important member of the Computed Tomography (CT) Imaging Physics and Algorithm team, the Senior Research Scientist will develop innovative physics-based solutions/corrections and support medical imaging platform needs by leading image quality improvements in Computed Tomography (CT).
- The Senior Research Scientist will utilize a holistic, system-wide engineering approach in the development of new Medical Imaging product/feature's introduction and realization of optimal image quality through designing algorithms, creating specifications, and driving improvements for data corrections, including calibrations and image reconstruction with special focus on Image Quality.
- Represent Philips at technical and regulatory agencies/events, publish in peer-reviewed journals/file intellectual property and coach/develop less experienced global team members.
- Your skills include proficiency with the image/signal processing, GUI and C-MEX functionality of the MATLAB environment as well as experience programming with MATLAB, Python and C
