- CART is a short-term, intensive case management team, that focuses on providing voluntary person-centered stabilization services to adults at risk of civil commitment due to having a mental health or substance use disorder.
- The team is comprised of Senior Psychiatric Social Workers, a Staff Nurse, a Human Services Representative, and a Housing Case Management Assistant.
- Provide intensive, clinical services to adults with mental health and/or substance use disorders using a person-centered, trauma informed approach that incorporates the individuals' strengths and identified goals.
- Eligibility for or licensure as an Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) by the Minnesota Board of Social Work.
- Eligible for or licensure as one of the following in the state of Minnesota:Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)Licensed Psychologist (LP)Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
