- Overseeing contracts with the Texas General Land Office and interlocal agreements with local government partners to implement a series of Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Mitigation projects.
- Experience managing large grant projects; preferably related to U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) CDBG funds.
- Experience with similar state and federal resiliency-related sources is also preferred, including Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), Texas Water Development Board (TWDB), US Environmental Protection Agency (US EPA), and US Economic Development Agency (EDA) funding programs.
