- Parsons is seeking a talented senior-level Modeling and Simulation RF Engineer to join our diverse team supporting the warfighter and prominent acquisition and intelligence programs.
- The candidate will support and lead team activities which include analysis of emerging and fielded RF systems particularly Surface-to-Air Missile Systems (SAMs); hardware and software assessments and prototyping of advanced radar platforms, missile seekers, and datalinks; and development of medium and high-fidelity models, simulations, and analysis.
- Our team develops and integrates a variety of weapon system models, including electronic warfare systems, communication systems, radar systems, command and control systems, surface to air missile systems, gun-based defense systems as well as mobile ground and air platforms.
- In this role you will specifically focus on analyzing and modeling foreign threat RF systems, including radar, passive RF detection, electronic support, electronic attack, seekers, and tactical communications systems.
- The ideal candidate would possess experience with RF- and EO/IR-based weapon and sensor systems, C4 systems, cyber warfare, directed energy weapon systems, GPS systems, military network communications, and the signal propagation environments associated with these systems and have prior experience using all-source intelligence characterization in modeling and simulation of threat systems.
