- Provide maintenance, support, and enhancements of the messaging systems including Exchange, Outlook, MDM Solutions, Proofpoint, Email archiving, Active Directory & Application Performance Management.
- Serve as subject matter expert for email client software such as Microsoft Office 365.
- Professionally coordinate, collaborate with and assist Customer Support (Tier 1 and Tier 2) personnel with messaging related incidents.
- Interface and coordinate with third-party software vendors as needed to achieve timely resolution of business impacting problems.
- 7+ years of Tier 3 administration experience in an Enterprise IT environment, having hands on experience administering email, email archiving, mobility, instant messaging and performed operational and break/fix activities.
