- As an industry leader in USACE Engineering and Design support, Tetra Tech has placed contract capacity and been selected to lead the design of multiple ongoing top priority USACE projects, including rehabilitation of inland navigation lock and dam systems, design of new navigation locks, and coastal protection projects.
- The Senior Mechanical Engineer will serve as a Program Manager and Technical Discipline Lead and provide mechanical engineering leadership for our inland navigation, fisheries and other water related projects.
- The Sr. Mechanical Engineer will provide technical direction and assist project teams with projects involving analysis and troubleshooting of existing mechanical equipment and systems, as well as analysis and preparation of drawings and specifications for hydraulic power units, gates, valves, bulkheads, pumping systems, piping, cranes, hoists and other mechanical and machine equipment.
- The projects are often associated with hydroelectric facilities, dams, navigation locks, fish passage facilities, flood control structures, and port facilities.
