- Powder is a year-round resort and real estate development project nestled throughout 10,000 acres in the Wasatch Mountains of Northern Utah. Recently acquired by Reed Hastings, the Founder and Executive Chairman at Netflix, our purpose is to spark wonder by creating a unique place that fuses mountain recreation, art, and meaningful connection.
- Reporting to the Chief Creative Officer, the Senior Marketing Director at Powder will lead marketing efforts for Powder as an overarching parent brand, that includes real estate, ski resort, and the emerging art program.
- This role will focus on developing the overarching strategy, implementation, and management of Powder marketing's marketing and lead the charge from a brand development standpoint of evolving Powder from a local cult classic ski resort into a global second-home alpine community with a sophisticated art, architecture, and outdoor recreation program.
- Brand Positioning and Storytelling: Strategize and nurture a compelling brand narrative that resonates across all target demographics: Powder Haven, Powder Mountain, and eventually our arts initiative.
- Integrated Marketing Strategies : Craft and implement the brand positioning into marketing strategies that leverage a mix of digital, email, social media, PR, and traditional marketing channels.
