- Reporting directly to the Vice President & General Counsel for North America, this position provides counsel to internal clients on legal matters within recognized areas of expertise and responsibility, to preserve and protect the rights and interests of the company; and manages outside counsel in claims, litigation and transactions as they arise.
- Direct and advise outside legal counsel during all phases of employment-related claims and litigation to protect CNH business interests; develop and guide strategy in conjunction with CNH objectives.
