- The Senior Licensing Compliance Coordinator is responsible for assisting with the development, maintenance, and execution of department processes and procedures to ensure company compliance with local jurisdiction licensing codes and ordinances related to Residential Property Management, Rental Registrations, Rental Inspections, and New Construction/Development activity.
- This position interacts with various external business entities such as City, Village, County, and Assessor personnel and coordinates activity across several internal departments to ensure compliance in over 1,300 jurisdictions for over 60,000 single family residential rental homes and offices operating as multiple legal entities.
- Gathers data from accounting or other records to calculate fees, create payment support, and process invoices for Owner, Property Management, and General Contractor entities.
- Coordinates with various stakeholders (Resident and Property Management, In House Maintenance Scheduling, Home Maintenance Services, Accounts Payable, Jurisdiction Inspector, and Jurisdiction administrators to ensure progress until the property inspection is “Passed”, all payments are processed, and Certificate of Occupancy is issued.
- Audits and produces exception reports to ensure accuracy of information in CRM, Yardi and SharePoint databases.
