- Lead IT operations, including installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining personal computers, software, hardware and peripheral equipment, business and cell phones and upgrading existing hardware and software.
- Assist with preventative maintenance, server and endpoint management, backups and recovery, security maintenance, and asset inventory.
