- This position is for a highly innovative leader who can conceptualize, lead, and drive creative research and development thrusts for an expanded infrared detector technology portfolio, in order to address future system needs.
- Experience in infrared detector research and development is a requirement, as evidenced by generation of high-quality scientific publications and technical presentations, and recognition in the IR detector community as a strong contributor.
- Deep understanding of semiconductor device physics, including the ability to relate basic material and physical characteristics to device and system performance, is essential.
