- Education andExperience: A High School diploma, GED or higher, and three (3) years of journey level industrial electrician experience in an industrial environment, water or wastewater treatment facility.
- Journeyman Electrician's' License required at time of application.
- Involves: Install, repair and maintain electrical and control systems for motors, motor control centers pumps, fans, blowers, pump lift stations, conveyors, screening equipment, uninterruptible power supply (UPS), emergency generators, photovoltaic systems, switchgear and transfer switches at water and wastewater treatment plants and other facilities.
- Oversee and participate in the design, installation, fabrication, maintenance, construction, operations, and repair of electrical equipment, material, cabling, and wiring.
- Maintain lighting including lamps, poles, conduit, wiring, fuses, mast arms and fixtures.
