- Within the division of Emergency Management Agency (EMA), independently research & analyze complex information to resolve errors (e.g. manage Ohio Shared Services (OSS) activities & troubleshoot any issues, questions, &/or concerns; design & run various financial reports (e.g. Aging Reports, Encumbrance Balance Reports, Spending Reports, Deposit Reports, OSS Activity Reports, Monthly Budget to Actual Reports, etc.)
- to support the division’s needs); Serve as a liaison with federal accounting systems; Troubleshoot financial issues & determine appropriate action with external involvement (i.e. collaborate with the U.S Department of Homeland Security, U.S Department of Transportation, Federal Emergency Management Agency, or U.S Department of Health & Human Services to resolve & reconcile issues with draw of funds, financial reports, deposits, etc.)
- Update SAM information with the federal government to ensure proper account set-up & reconcile vendor account issues; Code, review & approve financial transactions in OAKS & provide division personnel guidance on funding &/coding; Review, approve, compile, & audit reimbursement billings & coordinates requests (e.
